11:16Stop WASTING your time doing 500+ LeetCode problems. THIS is how to get hired FAST!
Save referenceCuriosity Gap
Pooja holds up a LeetCode record of 1111 solved, with an arrow to Microsoft. Then the record gets a red X through it. The person telling you to stop grinding did far more of it than you, so you want to know what worked instead.
'500+' names the grind solution-aware job hunters are already deep into, and 'THIS' promises a faster route to hired without saying what it is.
The 1111 on Pooja's card is more than double the title's 500, and the red X says that route isn't the one being recommended.
When you've done the hard version of something and now advise against it, show your own record of it with a mark through it. Point to the result it got you, and keep the better route out of the packaging.
Cross out your own grind to make stop advice believable.

Bring the reference into a packaging brief, then decide what your title and thumbnail should each communicate.
