If highways scare you, what you most want to hear is that they're easier than they look. The thumbnail says just that, with EASIER in blue. The road ahead is wide and quiet in evening light, so you can believe it.
'On a Highway' names the one road type the viewer fears, and the title's call-out means the reassurance in the thumbnail lands on exactly the person who needs it.
'You think' answers a belief the viewer already holds, and the wide lanes with light traffic show highway driving at its least scary, so the image agrees with the words.
If your viewers think a task is harder than it is, answer that belief directly in the thumbnail text. Show the task at its calmest, so the picture backs up the words.
Answer the fear in the text, and let the scene agree.
