22:18What I Learned From Being Around The Top 0.01%

You'll probably never sit in a room with Branson or Musk. Here they're on the sofas behind Priestley, so he looks like part of the group. 'We Don't Play Fair' is a confession from inside it, and it doesn't say what the unfair part is.
'Top 0.01%' is far more exclusive than the usual 'top 1%', and 'What I Learned' makes it a first-hand report rather than theory.
Faces most viewers know on sight make the room feel exclusive at a glance, and 'We' puts Priestley inside the group rather than reporting from outside.
If you've genuinely spent time around people your audience looks up to, say so in the title and put the lesson as an insider's confession in the thumbnail. Only show those people if the video backs it up.
Report from inside the room, and confess what outsiders don't see.
What to avoid copying
The group shot looks staged, so don't put famous people together behind you unless you really spent time with them.
Apply this pattern to your next video.
Bring the reference into a packaging brief, then decide what your title and thumbnail should each communicate.
