Roulette is meant to be unbeatable, so a legal way to make a million sounds impossible. Two identical men sit at the table, one labelled CHEATER and one MATHEMATICIAN, like one man with two verdicts. You want the loophole and the verdict.
'Legal' heads off the guess that he cheated, 'Loophole' says he found a gap in the rules, and 'Made a Millionaire' puts a size on the payoff.
CHEATER against the title's 'Legal' starts an argument, and because the figures are plain red and purple on black, the green table and labels stand out at feed size.
When a result looks like cheating but was within the rules, put both verdicts on the thumbnail, one on each side. Say legal in the title so the viewer has to find out how.
Label one person two ways, and let viewers pick the verdict.
