7:28The 7 Levels of Violin Playing in 7 Minutes
Save referenceIdentity & Self-Relevance
Most players want to know where they rank, and seven levels gives them a ladder to check. Only 1, 4 and 7 are marked on the fingerboard, so you can guess roughly where you sit but not what each level demands.
'7 Levels' invites every player to place themselves, and 'in 7 Minutes' makes the whole ladder feel quick to get through, one level a minute.
The numbered boxes turn the fingerboard into a map, with 1 by the scroll and 7 over the body, so violinists read the difficulty from where their hand would be.
When skill in your topic has a physical or visible progression, mark a few levels directly on the tool or space where they happen. Leave some levels out so viewers click to fill in the gaps.
Map the levels onto the tool itself.
