12:16The Best And Worst Back Exercises (Ranked By Science)
Save referenceCuriosity Gap
The ranking board sits completely empty next to an impressive back, so every grade is still up for grabs. Your favourite exercise might land in F. The title promises best and worst by science, and the blank tiers force the click to find out.
Title
The title promises a scientific ranking of best and worst.
Thumbnail
The image shows a blank tier board beside the physique the exercises build.
If you rank things your audience already uses, show the empty grading board, never the filled one. A completed list gives the answers away and kills the reason to watch.
Show the empty scoreboard, never the finished rankings.
