4:01Removing Massive Blackhead | Pore of Winer

The extreme close-up does everything. You see exactly what is about to be removed, and you either need to watch it happen or scroll away fast. Either reaction is instant. The text then repeats the title word for word, selling nothing new.
The title says plainly what the procedure is and what gets removed.
The thumbnail shows the thing itself up close, then restates the title beside it.
Use this when the before state alone makes people need the payoff. Fill the frame with it and hold back the result. Text should add what the image cannot, like scale or stakes, not restate the title.
When the image compels alone, text must add new information.
What to avoid copying
The text block repeats the title word for word. Use that space for something the photo cannot say.
Apply this pattern to your next video.
Bring the reference into a packaging brief, then decide what your title and thumbnail should each communicate.
